“Manchester City FC seeks a declaration that the amendments authorized by golf equipment in November (and subsequently the present APT guidelines in drive) are illegal and void.
“The Premier League remains strongly of the view that the amendments passed in November were lawful and the APT rules comply with all competition law requirements.
“We take into account that the brand new arbitration should be resolved as quickly as potential and, to that finish, have agreed that the identical tribunal needs to be appointed to listen to the brand new case. The events are presently corresponding in relation to additional instructions.
