A property once owned by notorious sex offender Jimmy Savile has suffered substantial fire damage, as reported recently.
Located in Glen Coe, Scotland, this estate had been slated for demolition following failed attempts at redevelopment and extensive vandalism over the years.
On Saturday at approximately 5:30 PM, emergency services responded to reports of a fire in one of the outbuildings on the site.
This incident led to the temporary closure of the A82 road in both directions.
A representative from Police Scotland remarked: “Services quickly arrived on-site and were able to extinguish the blaze with assistance from Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.” They further noted that investigations are ongoing to ascertain all details surrounding this incident.
